LIPS Brings Casino Poker to Women
Women in casino poker, a fairly new phenomenon, is taking the world by storm. And what better place to show this off than at the Ladies International Poker Series (LIPS)? This yearly event has done wonders bringing great poker to hundreds of smart women casino poker players to the online casinos and land tables. These women only casino poker tournaments coincide with the WSOP circuit tourneys.
LIPS conferences are fun, full of casino poker and tons of education regarding this popular game. This year the organization is opening its doors to any casino poker player with a desire improve his or her skills. The conference for 2006 is scheduled for April 13th and 14th of this year, at Binion's Gambling Hall and Casino in Las Vegas. Online casinos and other casino poker fans will have the chance to learn from the best and the brightest in casino poker.
Tournament directors Linda Johnson and Jan Fisher will be conducting seminars, along with the 2005 double World Series bracelet winner Mark Seif, WSOP and WPT champion Kathy Liebert; and cash game veteran and author Roy Cooke. Other casino poker players from the circuit will also be giving their wise advice to up and coming casino poker fans and players. Those who want to give it a go in the No Limit tournament will be charged a further $125. The conference has a cap of 200 participants and all registrations for the conference must be received before March 31st.
